It never gets below 1.67 degrees Celsius here in South Florida so it doesn't snow, ME. I hope you have better luck with your new plants, Mare.

And I have complained to the snowfall in St. Petersburg today! So is a sin to complain, if it is snowing even in London.

I got you all beat. We have had 30 centimeters of snowfall in week. Last night it was -19 celsius.

But the pictures Ashanti posted helps make up for it. :D

Yes, and what about such amount of snow near St. Petersburg this weekend? You can call it spring?

Television announcers jeer - say "spring didn't come" and show pictures of blizzards and snow drifts in Russia.

I was thinking of complaining, but after these posts and pictures I think we Bavarians are lucky: we had only 1 cm (2/5 inch) snow last night and the crocuses are flowering

LOL the Russian weather has caught up with us: it has been snowing all night and no crocuses are visible anymore.
I hope, at least you get the warm weather we had last week!

Happy Easter!

Thank You, Mare. Actually few days ago warmed with us.
It was about 2-3°С, but not for long. Today we have again the snowstorm all day.

Happy Easter to all who celebrate it this week!
(In Russia it will celebrate just on may 5 this year).

that is perhaps a really good idea. In May the chances for nice weather are much better.

I saw a documentary on TV yesterday, about a Bavarian orchestra that went to St Petersburg for a concert. They showed a little of the city. It's beautiful!!!

In St. Petersburg the chances of good weather are small even in June. Never know what is worse: the snow or the long rains on Easter ... However, we're used to not pay attention to the bad weather for a good mood in the holidays.

Thanks. I love my city and it always seems to me beautiful, in any weather, even when it is shabby and not restored.
