Now I could see that there are some bugs on bo(a)rd.
Please report what happened to you short and understandable and we try to help as quick as we can.

The posting for the Natalie 9 welcome thread has a "bug"? Each time I log on it says that there are new postings for her thread but there are not. Now it says that Sprinkles left the last posting on Natalie 9's thread but there is no posting from Sprinkles. :?

It might be an old cookie or a browser problem. I explained both in a private message to you, michael elizabeth.

The board appears to be quite slow in accepting changes (avatars, smilies). I am not sure if that is a problem with this software or with my server.
Iris, what is your experience with phpBB3? Is your board lagging, too?

The only problem I'm experiencing with this new Board/softwere, is with using smilies from the smilie's page.
They just don't want to cooperate no matter how many times I click on the one I want to include in my post.
The only 'cooperative' ones are those on the left-hand side of the reply window...other than that, I can read every post and see all the pics.

I tried everything Mare suggested but still am unable to see anything past the Natalie 9 comment of "officials on/off" posting. The weird part is that everything else is working perfectly including the smilie's.

I have the same smilie problem. It seems to have something to do with Internet Explorer. I can use the smilies from the big list, but when I click on them, the code won't appear in my post but on top of the smilie window instead. I simply copy it from there into my posts. The crazy thing is that I host a board with the very same software for a friend and on his board the smilies work for me.

michael elizabeth's problem is weird. We tried F5 and deleting the browser history. I'll install Firefox on my machine now and see if I get the same problem (and where Firefox hides the "delete cookies" option). If it's no cookie problem, I don't know what else it could be. But maybe I get an enlightenment when trying out Firefox.

I was having a problem with the smilies from the full page on my last post, but if one uses the compatibility view button on internet explore 8, they work just fine.

Problem solved for me.
