Re: Dream your nights away.

Another jumble last night. First off I was with the characters from Elementary and there seemed to be a lookalike for Sherlock running around. Later, probably in a different dream, I hear this odd whining sound outside. I looked out and there was this animal with dark, feathery fur complete with a t...

Potato stroganoff. Not much left so I'll have to nibble something else after a bit.

Re: Check-In #99: Indian, Islamic, Hungarian Clone & Agent

Good morning, fellow travelers on the road of life. My aunt reported that Zippy came up the road at around 3:00 last night. So he hasn't be caught yet. That's pretty brazen of him. Do you have the equivalent of Barnie Fife working the beat? That pretty much describes our Sheriff's Substation....

102 yesterday with mostly clear skies. Had a few clowns off to the east trying to amount to something, but they never did. Low was 63.

Re: Check-In #99: Indian, Islamic, Hungarian Clone & Agent

I've been spending time in my old room- which I moved out of after dad died- cleaning the closets. Been finding all sorts of old things, a lot of which probably should get tossed. But I did find a lot, and mean a lot, of old magazines I forgot I had.

Re: Sea Creature Lounge- Cinema Obscura

It Came From Beneath the Sea really is a classic, though the poor octopus is lacking a few arms (count them. In the movie it actually missing arms  )
Don't know how I missed Tentacles as it has some major actors in it and it comes from the last good decade for monster films.

Re: Groceries: What's in your basket?

I'm not sure if I've ever had it either. I should see if they have it at my (new) store. What section is it in? You'll find it in the canned meat section, usually with the tuna, canned chicken, and canned beef. The banner on the front of Big Y has gone from 25% off everything, to 50% off, to ...

Re: Check-In #99: Indian, Islamic, Hungarian Clone & Agent

So here's some cool news -- Our very own Renie is applying for a faculty position at my university, the University of Richmond. We chatted on Facebook about it. Renie is an economist and is applying to our School of Leadership Studies. She has a really good publication record and is probably very w...

Re: Dream your nights away.

^I have no idea what my dreams say about me. A jumble last night. We were working on the Fairy Garden but for some reason it was at the Lancaster Fairgrounds :conf: . And I saw Carrol O'Connor wandering around :wtf: . Later I found a bunch of lost socks in a box. Then yet later Mystery Cat was...
