Re: Sea Creature Lounge- Cinema Obscura

For a moment I thought Konga was there Japanese version I'd seen ages ago. But it still looks like cheesy fun.
Queen Kong looks like a total hoot though. I'd heard of it but haven't seen it on anywhere.

Re: The Weather: Is it going to get warmer now?

Yesterday's unexpected snow didn't last long and it had cleared out in an hour or so. The rest of the day was mostly clear and breezy. High topped off at 59. Low was 31, though it didn't stay there long enough for ice to form.

Re: Infirmary Thread #17: Pass the Bandages

The weird thing is...back at the end of December, and all through January...when I was sick for so long...I had all of the symptoms of this. I knew it wasn't a cold, and it wasn't the flu, but it was something I never had before. It started with the 4 day sore throat, then the fatigue, massive head...

Re: The Picture Thread IX: Look At That!

There are some nice places farther afield. There's a neighborhood on the way to the Fair in Pomona that dominated by Arts and Crafts style houses that rather pleasant. Parts of Pasadena are also nice. Do you ever get down emma 's way? I know it's a long-ish drive. Haven't been down that way in year...

Only reached 57 yesterday with clowns and wind up to 22 mph. Got some light sprinkles late in the day. Low was 35.

Woke up to some light snow falling this morning. :snowflake: Clearing now.

Re: Check-In 103: Lawrencium, Indian emergency

Good morning, fellow bunker dwellers. :peekaboo: Finishing up laundry and hope to hide out the rest of the day. One of dad's old friends showed up yesterday. He's talking of finally picking up a derelict motor home dad had let him store at the back of the property years ago. It will be nice to have ...

^Love that bridge. ^^ That's too bad. There are a few neighborhoods in Richmond that are on the rough side, but most parts of our city are pretty nice. There are some nice places farther afield. Re: Check-In 103: Lawrencium, Indian emergency

My aunt wants to go into the bank today (not a problem. Generally not crowded in there). But I'm hoping to talk her out of going into the market. I know she probably has some degree of cabin fever, but it's still not a good idea. Is it even open? All of the bank lobbies are closed here. I think dri...
