Today went pretty well. We had a good time taking The Wife's brother out to dinner for his birthday. Now it's time to crash on the couch.... Yesterday, was a beautiful day... After work today, I am meeting Sue and her husband with the meetup.com group for Dairy Queen, and then, if the weather permit...

Christian Bale, Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper, Liam Neeson, Joaquin Phoenix, and Tom Hanks would be good male Captains.

Scarlett Johansson, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep, Emma Watson, Viola Davis, Kate Winslet, and Jodi Foster would make good female Captains.

Your picks?

Happy Friday, all :hello: More work on the Encyclopedia today. Plus I need to go out and replace the battery on my car key fob. Tonight we celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday by going out to dinner. It's another nice foggy morning-- why couldn't Mother Nature save this for Halloween? It's 2...

I've noticed with masks, there is generally less laughter and merriment than usual. Students are more serious, and spread out physically in a larger room. It's just a socially strange situation in the classroom, not very conducive to conversation, small talk, or joke-telling. Sigh.

^ Boston is unique in being composed of two real words when spelled backwards:"Not Sob". I can't think of any other cities that have this trait, can you?

If only Dallas had one 'l' it would be salad backwards.
