Re: Check-In 105:KP sings dubnium

Good morning, everyone. :hello: Another long day lies ahead.... ^Yeah, you'd need some place pretty dark. It's visible to the naked eye but still pretty small and faint. That won't happen around here. I'd probably have to go out on a boat. I've always wanted to be uttered in the same breath as Rudol...

Re: The Picture Thread IX: Look At That!

Here's a shot I took while hiking in the mountains this past weekend. Ah, that's just what I love. The only reason they're comfortable is because my living room windows are tinted. When the sun strikes that side of the house, the windows are so dark to people outside that inside movement is h...

Re: 2020 Politics: On the Hill of Megiddo

^^ So true. Every one of them betrayed their oath of office. Would you be convinced that people are starting to wise up if Biden should win in November? Not at all. In fact, the danger is that people will become more emboldened if they see themselves as the victors-- they're already trying to tear d...

Mostly clowny today, still pleasant and very breezy, but it got up to 84. It's also more humid and we may have thunderstorms tonight.

Good evening, everyone. :hello: Hump Day has humped. Today I have lunch with a former student, outside at Einstein's Bagels. Smart choice. Quite possibly. Or maybe they're being nice to me because they feel sorry for me. It's the worst summer to be Dept Chair in the 200 year history of the uni...

Good evening, everyone. :hello: Another day hath passed. I've been to Western Mass a couple of times -- Williamstown, to be exact. Truly gorgeous. I like Northampton. It's basically a college town out in the country. The Dr's mother passed away Sunday evening. Cruella made him go into work, yesterda...
