The Weather: Sunny Days That Will Never End

Even wilder and wackier than pre-crash Miscellaneous, the survivors talk about the weather, puppies, work, and coffee.

Today is clowny and cold. This is the worst February weather I can remember in terms of both temps and precip. High of 38, low of 22.

Currently 8º with clear skies and light winds. The forecast is calling for a high of 27º.
I hope you're holding out okay.
Yep, I'm fine.

The strange thing is, in about a month I bet you'll be reporting how hot it is there.
 Actually, in a month I'll be reporting how windy it is and how Spring tornado season is around the corner!

Ugh. Tornadoes.

Well, it snowed here for more than 24 hours straight and we've got maybe two or three inches on the ground. It's supposed to continue until morning. Not much wind, and a high of 34.

^^ How can it snow for over 24 hours and only 2 or 3 inches be the result? It must have been the equivalent of a fine mist.

Today in Richmond will be sunny and 40. Low of 23.

It's 19º with winds at 8mph. Probably perfect for a burn day, except I have some studying for the AZ-900 certification. The forecast calls for a high of 42º, so I may open my large garage door to see if I can get some heat in there to warm the attic.

69 here yesterday under clear skies. A little breezy early in the day, but windy towards evening and after dark. Low was 45.
Also need to change the batteries in my weather station as it stopped reporting last night.

If the ground is warm it could melt as fast as it comes down. Happens here.

The snow continued into the night and by this morning we probably had about five inches. It was wetter and heavier than the last one, but still not much trouble clearing my car off, and once again the plow did a great job. It only got up to 30 and it's pretty clowny, with the sun occasionally breaking through.

Pretty much. There were times when I had to look at the streetlights to confirm it was still coming down.

Partly cloudy skies at 31º with light winds. We're looking at a high of 58º, but I wo't be surprised if its higher. There isn't much snow save for shaded areas.

Beautiful blue skies, warm sun beating down, and temps got up to 39F. This after all day snow yesterday, snow that was only supposed to last a few hours and only give us an inch. We got 3 inches. When it started, it was, as my son called it: Tiny needles and beads.

If you look closely, you can see what almost looks like frost covered hair, but those are the tiny needles that fell with the beads. It changed to regular snow after an hour:

We get these little puffy snow beads here, too. I saw them just the other day. I think it happens when Nature can't make up its mind whether to rain, sleet, or snow. So it compromises
