Christmas Party Extravaganza! And New Year's, Too!

Even wilder and wackier than pre-crash Miscellaneous, the survivors talk about the weather, puppies, work, and coffee.

Christmas Party Extravaganza! And New Year's, Too!

Post by Cayla »

Welcome!

Here is the venue for this year's party....

Image

The first banquet hall. I have a spare in case we need it...

Image

Place you gifts under the tree (we have 19 days to shop the pictures on the net for our gift exchange. :santa: ), and come help decorate it...

Image

Help yourself to the bar....

Image

For those who do not drink alcohol, and for scottydog, we have a hot chocolate bar...

Image

Entertainment, guests, food, and gifts will arrive in the next couple of weeks. Please feel free to join us!

That house reminds me of the houses in Hopkington, NH. Beautiful!

I want to live in this house!

Oh! Adam Sandler is here!

We can build snowmen...

...and go for sleigh rides on the property...

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening. In the lane, snow is glistening...

Oooh, the Christmas Party has started. I'll have to round up some victims. :snowball:

There are actually lots of holidays that are celebrated around the Solstice. Personally, I favor Saturnalia:

Speaking of eight deer, I saw a pack of 8 deer standing in the road about a mile from our house. It was odd. None of them had a red nose.

Brutus was upset by the doe standing across the street from my house this morning. He thought she was going to rob us.

While we wait for the food and guests to arrive, here are some things to keep us occupied...

A candy buffet..

Carolers..

The guests are starting to arrive ahead of the blizzard.

We've got some time-traveling Victorian Muppets:

And we've got some heroes, who may need to leave at a moment's notice:

This guy just bounced in:

Some traveler from another dimension in search of some hot chocolate:

Don't ask questions, just give him what he wants:

And... um... uh oh.
