They are indeed humungous. Has the momma bird been feeding them more lizards with growth hormone?

Actually the mother tends to feed them things like cutworms, caterpillars, and various grubs. It's the father that brings in lizards and the occasional bird.

Wow, look at them, so grown up and out there exploring the world. I just hope they stick to the general vicinity so that we can keep tabs on them.
It looks like the little bug is trying to send you a message. What's that in the bowl? A pie or a snack?
