^ That's why I try the refresh route first. It usually works. 99.9% of the time.

Good to know. I'll try to remember to try that first from now on.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
I got one yesterday or the day before. It may be time for a database repair.
Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Got a couple of 500 errors today and earlier I couldn't log in for some reason, or rather I couldn't stay logged in.
EDIT: Actually I just got a cluster of 500s.

I just had three or four and got logged out once. Something is going on over at Yahoo apparently.

Me, too. I think that's a server issue, too.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
The pages on ReNext are taking forever to load. I just got a SQL error and I got another odd error which I sent RJ an email about.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Things have been pretty good since then, it seems. Fingers crossed that Yahoo has their stuff all fixed.
Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
I just got this error message while trying to post in the dinner thread.

Never seen that one before. The document has moved <A HREF="http://geocities.yahoo.com">here</A>.<P>
<P>Additionally, a 301 Moved Permanently
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Me, neither. Maybe files migrating to another server or something?
Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Occasional proxy errors when viewing threads, but that could be our network at work. Still getting the 404s when replying to posts, but as long as I remember to keep a tab open on the index page, it's not a huge issue.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
That's weird. Do you have any problems from home?
Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
OK, if you're not seeing it, it must be our work network. I suspect glitchiness.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
We'll be moving to a new server in the near future anyway, and that should solve all of our problems.
Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
I got an "Unknown Host" message a few minutes ago. The site came back but as of 8:27 am PST the site is still pretty slow.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Those DNS errors are on the Yahoo side. We should be free of that by the end of the year. I'm working with my pal Orpheus, the guru who maintains Ex Isle and Shattered Corpse, to move us to a new server. We will no longer have to worry about crashes or potential Apocalypses.

Re: Record of SQL Errors Et Cetera
Awesome!
