The Weather: Sunny Days That Will Never End

Even wilder and wackier than pre-crash Miscellaneous, the survivors talk about the weather, puppies, work, and coffee.

It got up to 26 degrees today. Winds were calm, but no sun. The storm left us with about 6 to 8 inches of heavy snow, but we've cleared most of the paths, and my brother cleared the drive. All I have left to clear is the hay. I'm just glad it was heavy snow, otherwise with the winds, we would have had a lot of drifting.
Friday's snow has come and gone in the forecast. So, who knows if we will get more or get rain or get missed. :D

Oklahoma meteorologist excited to see thunder snow during Facebook Live!.

26º right now and may be warming to above freezing. The overnight rain, ice, and snow have blanketed everything. I am definitely not going anywhere for a while. Snow said to be continuing until noon today.

53 yesterday with scattered clowns that were blowing in from the north-east. Low last night was 36.
I've seen thunder snow twice in my lifetime. It is thrilling.

I'm not sure if I've ever seen it.

Yesterday was nice and warm in the 50s, and it was still mild when I went home last night. Today was mostly clowny and only got up to 37. Looks like we'll have rain for the next few days, but no snow until next weekend.

Today is warm, 62 degrees, and somewhat clowny. Low of 42.
It's happened once here in Richmond. It was weird.

Seems yesterday's snowfall broke the record set in 1985 for New Year's Day. We had 5" of accumulation. And, as usual, the ground temperature is very warm, so much has melted in certain spots. It's 33º and overcast with a 55% chance of precipitation. The cloud cover should burn off so the sun can bring us a high of 42º.

Clear with a high of 54 here yesterday. The sun was very warm, but the occasional breeze was rather chilly. Low last night was 30.

We had some fairly heavy rain overnight, but it was down to more of a heavy mist by the time I left this morning. By the time I came home, the clowns were breaking up and actually had a few seconds of sunshine a few minutes ago. The high was 45.

Mid-40s here, too, with a dampness in the air.

Sunny all day with mild breezes. The temp closed in to the upper-40s. All but the most shaded snow from New Year's has melted.
