I ate lack and white pudding. We were at a restaurant, I saw it and was curious, so I ordered it. It was awful. I asked the server what it was, and she said that black pudding is pig's blood and mixed with oat groats White Pudding is similar but does not include blood.
Next time I'll ask what what stuff is before ordering it!
