Nice! You should post it. I've inspired one piece of fan art so far. A guy named Glenn Whitmore, who works primarily for DC but has done stuff for all the major companies (and published his own Captain Clockwork character), sent me a nice drawing of the Blue Cowl.blablover5 wrote:Someone drew some fan art for a thing I wrote and now I'm all giddy. I encouraged art! Ahhhh!

Here's where it is if you're bored.
Arisen from the ashes of many burned asunder accounts I come to fill your heart with blackest ink and glitter!

Oh, yeah. I saw that on Facebook.

Yeah, I loved it. I'm going to put it in the video for episode 2, if episode 2 ever gets finished.Lupine wrote:^I remember that. It was awesome!
Nice. I gave it a "Like." (I'm Trunkards on Tumblr, because that's the name of my web comic.)blablover5 wrote:Here's where it is if you're bored.

Finished the first run-through of Diaspora. Fairly good shape though I will re-write the mid-section of chapter 32 as I'm not really happy with what I got.

Great. I'm glad there wasn't a lot of work to be done.
Re: Author's Check-In #7.
I'm wondering if someone has been reading RJ's "Coyote Crosses the Ocean". A Coyote-class shop encountering "non-Euclidean" architecture? Hmmm....

Yikes. I hope they don't come up with a USS Cthulhu.
I did get a little bit of writing done yesterday and today.

I do... but I'm weird.RJDiogenes wrote:Yikes. I hope they don't come up with a USS Cthulhu.
Tinkered with Diaspora today, smoothing out the edges.
Re: Author's Check-In #7.
Finished reading Spacious Skies. Will post my thoughts later. Probably tomorrow.

Worked on the outline for a spin-off of Diaspora this morning. Probably shouldn't, but the ideas just keep coming.

Well, with a title like Diaspora, spin offs are to be expected.Lupine wrote:Worked on the outline for a spin-off of Diaspora this morning. Probably shouldn't, but the ideas just keep coming.

Looking forward to Diaspora if/when you release it, Lupy.
Hyperlight 3 will be out just as soon as RJ sends me his comments and I make any changes that seem appropriate. H4 is in the early planning stages. RJ got an earful - or eyeful, anyway - of the concomitant ramblings on Saturday in TerranBBS' chatroom.

Thank you.Jim Gamma wrote:Posted in the Writers' Club.
I was thinking about that last night. I'm not sure if I have any comments left after Caht. Was there anything in particular that you wanted me to comment on? And I do have to get those typos off my phone and send them to you.Hyperlight 3 will be out just as soon as RJ sends me his comments and I make any changes that seem appropriate.
