Food: It's what's for Dinner.

Post by Lupine »

Ended up at a local Mexican restaurant last night. My aunt's one friend got the months mixed up, thought it was my aunt's birthday. When she told him right day wrong month, he offered to meet us at the restaurant with his family. But when we got there is was only him as his blob of a grandson couldn't get off the video games.
I ended up having a beef and rice burrito. Quite good.

Last night, I made enchiladas...my husband ate the real ones...mine was the ground turkey mixed with some sauce and stuffed into a zucchini. No cheese, no sour cream...bleh!

Healthy Choice Unwrapped Burrito Bowl. No doubt invented by the same person who brought us the crustless chicken pie.

That Unwrapped Burrito Bowl was actually not too good. It's not often I'll say that about a Healthy Choice recipe.

Tonight I'm having Healthy Choice Beef & Broccoli.

Tonight will be grilled smoked turkey sausage, cabbage and noodles (just the cabbage for me), and corn on the cob.

Tomorrow, I am making sesame/pineapple shrimp kabobs, and chicken kabobs, island rice, and broccoli.
