Even wilder and wackier than pre-crash Miscellaneous, the survivors talk about the weather, puppies, work, and coffee.

Keep those birthdays coming!

I wonder if that happened to me on my birthday and I just didn't notice. Now I feel guilty.

They're all in the old thread.
That's okay, everybody understands. We just want you back home and back to visiting us every day.

Excellent, thanks
The first surgery was a very big success. The prob is that besides cataract she also has a detached retina in her left eye. Her comment after the surgery: "the lines in the grid are still meandering but at least they are
sharp meanders now!"
Tomorrow will be the second surgery; the right eye this time. I'm to be her chauffeur since she doesn't trust my dad's way of driving (an unexpected side-effect of seeing better now
)

Sometimes it's better not to see.
Good luck to her. I hope all goes well.

I noticed it in the history of my notifications at Facebook. I don't know how Facebook decides what notifications to send and what notifications to just let me find.

I don't see Blab on this board, as she posts in the author thread, but she's still deserving of happy birthday wishes of course.

I wished her Happy Birthday on Facebook where she usually lurks menacingly.
