Just a few errands to run today, plus the usual writing/editing (hopefully).

....and ending with vegan pizza after my cleaning job this evening -

I'm starting to enjoy vegitarian pizza even more than meat pizza these days.

I too, am starting to enjoy vegetarian pizza more and more these days. While I love pepperoni, I am finding the nitrates in it are giving me headaches. Plus, I am finding that my body isn't handling a lot of sodium very well these days, and pepperoni is high in sodium.

One nice thing about the desert: You sweat most of your salt out, so usually you don't have to worry about sodium.

Sadly, no. I'm talking about a woman being billed $6000 for some tests a doctor ran on her two kids. But there's a lottery drawing tonight, so my answer may be different tomorrow.

GM. yawn yawn....poff to the plt to water shortly. well these days there is a variety of ingredients put on shop pizzas to choose from - BUT if you DIY you have no limit. ages ago when i ate anything i fancied, i used to like mushroom, olive, chili, pepperoni, anchovy and flower petals on my pizzas. these days i add garlic mushroom olive and chili still most times.

Today I meet with my summer research students. Then I'll have lunch at Arby's with a good friend. Somewhere in there I'll try to get some writing done

My uncle used to call RJ's and scottydog's Zen pizzas," Everything But the Kitchen Sink Pizza". When I was a kid, he and I would make home made pizza with pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, olives, banana peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and whatever else we could find in my grandmother's refrigerator. I miss those days.

My plans today, consists of a load or two of laundry, cleaning the bathrooms, and possibly weeding the vegetable garden.
