Definitely, although it could have been worse if the pilot for a new series had been picked up. Can you think of any other classic shows or movies that should have quit while they were ahead?

Yes. When the first Darren left the series, Bewitched should never have gone with a second inferior Darren. Would you agree?

Did Darren 2.0 really ruin the show for you?

For me it was analogous to Wilford Brimley suddenly playing the role of Gilligan in Gilligan's Island
Did you know that back in the 1980s, when I lived in California, I was flying to San Francisco and found myself on the same plane as Alan Hale, the actor who played the Skipper?

No, I tend to leave celebrities alone when I see them. I respect their need to have a private life.
What prominent celebrities have you seen or met in real life?

In the back of some Punk dive in Connecticut or New Jersey or something. Did you know I used to hang out in such places in the early 80s?

Would you believe my fingers were in more danger than my hearing?

Can you imagine being at Toad's in New Haven on New Year's Eve and being carried up to the front by the Brownian motion of the massive crowd, and then being pressed against the stage so that you have to hold yourself back from the edge to breathe, while Annabella of Bow Wow Wow tromps back and forth in massive boots a fraction of an inch from your metacarpals?

Why do I suspect that your life and your problems are much different now?
