So, Pride & Pancakes neé Snowbound just got accepted! Woo! Time to think of a serious blurb instead of my placeholder one.

I hope it's not too syrupy. Haha. So what happens now? Where and when will it appear?

I have to come up with some blurbs and fill out a questionnaire to start the process. I doubt anything will be seen until next year.

So, my short story collection 'Catching Light' is now up on Amazon. A few sales so far and I haven't started promoting yet. I've put a link in the Buy Our Books, and a blurb elsewhere. It's been a steep climb to get here, but interesting.

Bought. Kindle is way cheaper than paperback, is that intentional? I'd have happily paid more! :)

Up at c25 in first read-through of Hyperlight 10 now. :) Mostly minor changes.

Working on my blurb and dear god is it hair pulling to try and shape 25 words that are both eye-catching, sum up the story, and fit the brand.

^^ All that's not so bad, but forming them into complete sentences is a killer.

Congratulations again (I saw the other thread first). I hope you achieve great success and Hollywood options.

I tried to get both, but they gave me the Kindle free for buying the paperback.

That's the way Amazon priced it, I get the same royalty from each.

Thanks for buying! :)

Would it be this one? (I found several books by that title but this one is the most recently released one).
I love reading my fellow poster's books - it's a chance to get to know far-away friends on a more personal level when travelling is too expensive. I'd love to write something myself but I hardly have time and energy for cooking. Maybe in 11 years and 364 days when I get pensioned off :)
