We took my in-laws to a restaurant I like near their new home. I shared a with my mother-in-law, while Ron had wings and onion rings, and my father-in-law had the fish dinner special.

Tonight, I am going to use the new rotisserie on my grill to make a Slovak dish called zivanska. It is pork slices, seasoned with paprika, garlic, and ground caraway seeds, layered on a rotisserie with onions and bacon, and then served on rye bread. We will have salad to go with it.
