i had a freshly baked Easter Bread (a sweet yeast loaf) with raspberry Quark. Quark is a variation of sour curdled milk that contains lots of protein. It tastes like yoghurt but stronger and is as thick as cream cheese. It's the stuff we use for cheese cake.
