^ Well, sometimes these things just hang on and on....

Evening all. I'm really planning on going to work tomorrow.

Full moon tonight. Pretty.

Good evening!

I can see the moon from my patio door.

My husband left for Southern Ohio to work tonight. It's amazing what I can get done around here when he isn't home. I spent the evening working in the garden, drying herbs, and freezing fresh green beans and grated zucchini.

jgc, I hope you get better soon.

Sick of my increasingly buggy Internet Explorer, I decided to download Firefox last night (which I'm using right now). So far it seems to be a bit faster and Renext is behaving quite nicely with it. There's still some things I need to work out, but so far so good.

^ Yeah, that' swhy I downloaded Firefox quite a while ago. Uni was nice enough to tell me about it, cause I'm pretty clueless...

Home from work folks. I put in a full day! Woo hoo.

What I really want to know is what Tipper got up to today. When I got home the afghan was all messed up. Oh look! Poor guy has the hiccups!

^^ Heh. That must be funny. :D

Good evening, all. :hello:

I've been using Firefox for a while, and I started using it because my IE was crashing left and right. I love it, even though it takes a while to boot up....

I have to use IE at work. But at home I use Firefox on both my computers. With the exception of one online payment whose web page only works with IE. Odd, huh?

My PC was automatically upgrading FF v3.0 until I heard that 3.5 was released, and when I upgraded to that it worked even better. So make sure you have that.

^^ Interesting. Mine just automatically updated to 3.0.1.3 about two days ago. I guess I'll have to get 3.5.

Flukie suggested Firefox when he was helping me with computer issues about a year ago. I also installed it on my work computer.

Good morning!

I was asleep by 9pm, but I am still tired this morning.

I think my version of Firefox is the latest, but it so-far works better than IE in any event. I think I might load it onto the other computer as well.

In other news, it was cool enough that I slept pretty good last night. If only the rest of August would be like this.

Not so odd -- you used to run across that a lot, particularly with banks and government websites, but most have become more friendly to other browsers over the last few years. For that one payment, you might want to try using a Firefox add-on which embeds IE in a Firefox tab. I think this is the one trekkiedane recommends. Here's another which is supposed to be an improved version of the first.

^ Thanks.

Home from work. Glad today is over. As much as I love Fridays (end of week), I seem to often be very crabby on Fridays. And not to everyone either. So strange. I know I'm doing it, but can't seem to stop at the time. Anyway, it's over with.
