Went to the Goodwill after my course to get my retro outfit for the Homecoming dance tomorrow night. Seniors get to dress retro-y. It's gonna be one of the most shockingly ugly things I ever wore...but that's the reason I bought it. Gotta remember to take pics.

Today I must blow up The Scream and take him to my Mother's new house. He was deflated and sent to stay with me during the move.

That sounds a bit like the day I have planned.
I had been kicking around the idea about going to a Viking faire a friend had told me about. But I think it's a little too far away to try for.

Fortunately, with this job I am hourly. My last job I was salaried and was working ten hours a day and on call nights and weekends. No more of that for me.
Well, we lost the homecoming game...no surprise, but it was nice to hang out with some friends. I'm gonna get ready now...I'm gonna look like a door to door salesman tonight! Pictures to follow.

^ The local high school here (my alma mater) didn't win any football games last year and none so far this year. Sad. Back when my son was in school, we won the state championship. The same year we won the state hockey championship. That was a good year.
What you can;t see are the argyle socks and dress shoes.
The girl I'm interested was there and hung out with my group of people. Nice girl. Short (we look funny together, me being 6' 2", and her being around 5'2"), and a singer and actor like me. Has a mind almost as dirty as mine... There wasn't any slow dancing to be had for me...only one slow song was played. I think I'll ask her to a movie though, just to see how things go.
