Thank you! No Chippendales, but no swamp sampling either No presents yet as well as my sister and I have what we nicknamed a British celebration. As HM the Queen birthday is in April, too (right in the middle between my sister's and my one), she always celebrates in June because of the better weather.So we decided to follow her example and celebrate on trooping-the-colour-day rather than in the rainy and snowy season. We didn't get around to it this year but next year we might try to apply for tickets for the royal birthday parade.
I had a little private celebration on Thursday, taking the afternoon off and cooking a huge dinner with steak, potato wedges, button mushrooms and mixed veggies

Well, if you're going to change the date, you should celebrate you and your sister's birthdays as far apart as possible so that you get two celebrations instead of one. Maybe one at the beginning of Summer and one at the end.
