I'm not sure, jgc. When they interviewed him right after the crash, he looked scared.

My favorite part of the night...right before a commercial break, there were nine cars left on the track under caution. One of the announcers said, "At this point, the pace car even has a chance of winning this race". When they came back from the break, the pace car was on fire.

hmmm... I'll have to check out the listings. We do have a Fox Sports channel, but I'm not sure if it's the same as Fox Sports 1.

checking now .........

Well, it doesn't look promising, as it's not showing up on the local listings. :(

Well, I can't seem to find anything listed as Fox Sports 2 or 3, so I do not understand why it is called Fox Sports 1.

The races were pretty boring compared to last Saturday's races. JJ wrecked on the last lap of the second race, due to running out of gas. Kenseth won the first race, and Hamlin won the second. It is nice to see some of the rookies qualifying for Sunday's big race.

It wasn't on the channel I thought was FoxSports. They are now calling that channel Comcast Sports Network. :conf:

Looking forward to Sunday's race.

And at the last minute my brother-in-law made reservations for my mother-in-law's birthday at a very expensive restaurant, during the end of the race!

One....I can't afford this place.
Two....He waited until last night to tell us.
Three...it is interfering with on of the biggest races of the year!

As I mentioned in the Check In Thread, my mother-in-law was talked into it, and I can guarantee she is not going to like it. The brother-in-law has champagne taste on a beer budget. I'm sweating out how Ron and I are going to afford it.

It took Dad 10 laps to doze off. He woke up in time for the commercial.

I was able to see the entire race, thanks to the huge rain delay. :)

I'm very disappointed in the outcome of the Stewart-Haas cars.

Congrats to Jr. on his win. The last time he won a race was when I saw him win in Michigan. Though, I do not see why people love him so much...I personally think he is arrogant and full of himself, and I do not feel he is a great driver.

^ Certainly not as good as his father. As much as he wasn't by any means my favorite driver, Earnhart was an amazing driver.

I'm disappointed in the Stewart-Haas stable myself. Well, we've got a bunch more races to go, so hopefully, they'll do better.

I feel the same about SR as you do, jgc. He was a great driver, but I didn't care much about his attitude.

I am pleased to see all the rookies this year. I was getting bored of the same drivers, and it was time to add some new blood to the mix.
