Written post extraction, under the influence of pain killers. Will I respect it in the morning?
The Wicked Witch

The Wicked Witch is known
far and wide by reputation
Interesting how an adjective
can define a person by implication
And this particular word
when used as a salutation
in most localities, you’ll find
inspires an aura of trepidation
However, the Witch of which I speak
is immune to such accusations
And is, in fact, in her hometown
the object of adoration
Why? you ask-- don’t be puzzled
There’s a simple explanation
Here in Boston, the word "wicked"
has a completely different connotation

^^ Well, it's not bad. Maybe too local. I just noticed that all the rhyming words rhyme with extraction. Coincidence or subconscious?

Yeah, it's a local thing. "Wicked" has been a Bostonian synonym for "excellent" for decades.

In fact, Newbury Comics uses it as their motto:
