But that last scene was... pretty bizarre, even by Lost Girl standards.

Lost Girl 5x08 44 Minutes to Save the World

Well, I still don't remember exactly where we left off - this was not helped by the fact that I wasn't able to watch the first ten minutes of the episode so I lost the previously's.

Anyway, Bo's father seems much nicer than I was expecting - seriously, he doesn't seem like the root of all evil at all. So, yeah, I agree pretty bizarre kinda sums up the whole episode.

And I certainly agree about the ending - I hate to say it, but it was almost comical.

The revelation is that she's really a Succubus and that's how she survives being run over by a truck after playing recklessly in the street.

Or she stole genetic material from Bo and turned herself into a Succubus, or something.....

Lost Girl 5x09 Like Father, Like Daughter

Not really much to say, except that I did at least finally get around to watching this episode and KENZI's BACK! YAY! And, hey, they used this in a nice effective way to kinda explain what's been going on. But alas it would appear Kenzi is not here to stay - still KENZI.

And, okay, Bo turned Lauren in a combo of Lauren's science and Bo's raging need to save Lauren at the end of last episode. Which is making Lauren behave a bit weird in my opinion so obviously I don't expect this to end well.

So, basically you was almost right, RJD.

In other news, the Wicked Witch isn't gone - Bo's daddy helped her and is apparently his bitch now. Dyson gets a new human, and Vex just gets screwed, but not remotely in the fun way.

Still this episode was so much better than I recall recent ones being, so YAY!

Wow, yeah, I was pretty close with my Lauren guess.

And that was a nice twist ending. I didn't see that one coming.

I was sorry to see that Kenzie won't be sticking it out for the last few episodes, though. It's just not the same Lost Girl without her.

Okay, so I finally got around to watching Sweet Valkyrie High, but since that was several days ago I won't be reviewing it, because all I can remember was that it didn't suck, but also wasn't like the best episode ever either.

However, I still haven't watched Judgement Fae - maybe tonight, but probably not. Other things still to watch and all.

None of them are the best episode ever anymore, but we're nearing the end.

They're nowhere near as sexy as they used to be either.

And I finally got around to watching Judgement Fae and finally here at the end, of course, Lauren and Bo break, but at this point I'm pretty much past caring. Also looks like we're heading toward another supposedly badass character not being so much in the face of his daughter. *sigh*

No, she's really not, but even if she was considering who her father is he should still be able to run circles around her no matter how badass she is.

So. Trick is dead. Not that he's really been on the show this season or anything. But we're coming up to the series finale, so, y'know, people gotta die.

And Tamsin got pregnant from Lesbian sex. These crazy Fae.

So, I actually watched this Monday night, but totally forgot to do the review, so here's the thoughts I can remember.

Totally not happy about Trick's death, and honestly while I guess one might expect me to be happy about Daddy Dearest being played as Daddy Dearest I kinda felt it was a wee bit over the top. But totally clueless Mommy worked enough that it kinda made up for that.

So aside from Trick the rest of the episode did work for me, and the Trick thing I saw coming from a mile away when Bo was mean to him. But moving on Tam-Tam confessed and Lauren was relatively cool about it (seriously, a little weird how cool she was with it), but then turns out Tam-Tam wasn't boinking who she thought she was and is apparently knocked up now.

However, it seems a bit late into the show to be introducing all these twists and turns, on the other hand, depending on how things end it could totally work.

I think Bo and Lauren will still end up together. But Tam-Tam's kid will be Bo's sibling. I guess that makes Tam-Tam a wicked stepmother.
