I wouldn't have thought you the Bond type, but now that you mention it, you definitely do have something Indiana Jones'ish.

Well, that's a compliment. Indiana Jones is one of my favorite characters. I do like James Bond, though. Basically, I hear the Indy theme if I'm feeling adventurous and I hear the Bond theme if I'm feeling a bit rakish.

I'm not that much a fan of Bond. If not most of his GFs would get killed he'd be completely broke from paying all these alimonies. And think of all the sexually transmittable diseases he might catch and spread. This guy never uses a condom! (talk abour license to kill...)

A huuuuge welcome hug to our newest member: mimosa =)
She comes from the Andromeda fandom but I think she also likes other SciFi.
Rick, she can perhaps give you a few tips for the next Blue Cowl episode: she knows these radioshows firsthand.

^^ Sweet. Another OTR fan.
Welcome to Terran, Mimosa. Make yourself right at home and dive right in.
Eh, it's a different reality. Romantic adventure. The multiverse of cinema has different rules.

true, they only have pretty illnesses there, like leukemia (Love Story) and tuberculosis (The Lady of the Camellias).
Or a stroke as in the latest Academy Award winner "Liebe" (best foreign movie).
hey! Why is it always the women who die in such films?

Yay! Thanks! Yes, I met Jim a few days ago; Chatty I've known for nearly ten years. RJ got me to join ReNext a couple years ago, and now Chatty and Jim have showed up.
I got trolled my first mb day back in 2000, but I'm keeping better company now.
Re: The welcome thread, new members report here.. or not ;)
Yes, emma and I are inet friends from way back when she joined EI.
You can rest assured here that things are very relaxed and fun.
Since you've read the RP we just started, perhaps you'll consider joining? It's really not all that difficult
And I know you have a splendid imagination, that's about all it takes to play

New role players are always most welcome here.
I think everyone gets trolled at some point in their time online... goodness knows I've seen a few attempts, ranging from the plain stupid to the absolutely vile. Glad you decided to stick around with nicer people despite that experience!

I think we met before, just under different names. You might remember me as mare_serenitatis from EI and KHCMB =)
