I like a lot of stuff for children because I find it interesting what some of us in society call 'mature'. :p

Also art. I love art.

There's "Mature" and then there's "Rated M For Mature," which is pretty much the opposite of "Mature." :D

maturity is overrated. At 51 I still hop into every puddle and I thoroughly enjoy it :p

Well, after sleeping on a neck pillow for a couple of nights, I can say it's helped a lot. I still wake around two, but it seems I've slept better. I decided to make one after considering whether one would be helpful and ended up having to design it myself.

This is a knit version, also working on a crochet version:

So, in addition to having to sleep slightly reclined up, I also needed the neck pillow since I couldn't get comfortable with a regular pillow.

That's pretty cool. Maybe you can sell them on Etsy or something.

Cool! =)
I sleep on a pillow that's stuffed with grain husks. It takes a while to get used to the rustling but it's nicely solid and bends into any shape you need so that it supports the neck perfectly. Perhaps you can get something similar in the US?

Is that the kind of thing you can microwave to warm up and relax your muscles? I have something similar.

Oh yes, you can get them here, if you have the extra money. I didn't, so used what I had. It's exactly what I needed to keep my head from being in a bind.

And I could have filled it with rice or beans to heat up, but I used fiberfill. I only needed the support, not heat.

yep, that's much like my one. It can't be heated, it's just for support.

He seems comfortable enough on that one

He doesn't fall off it often and likes to snooze on it a lot.

Small animals are really good at balancing. One of my cousins has a tiny little dog who'll rush around the room, not knocking anything over, then leap onto the sofa and the windowsill - which is full of all kinds of breakable stuff. He never puts a foot out of place. :D

^^ My Mother's cat does that. Floor to table to couch to window to fireplace, all in a blur. Nothing gets knocked over.

My rats used to climb the Christmas tree and throw down the baubles. Because of our temperamental dog we have plastic baubles that bounce off the floor when you throw them. The rat pack loved them =)
