Good evening, everybody. Image

In this Thread, we can check in and say hello when we arrive, or good-bye when we leave. Just pop in and say what's on your mind, tell us what kind of a day you had or what you're going to watch on TV tonight. If you had a good day, we'll slap you on the back; if you had a bad day, we'll comfort you. This is a little tradition we have at Kellyz; I hope everybody at Terran likes it. Image

So I had a pretty good day. I'm still in training at my new job and it's kind of bending my mind, but I'm getting good feedback so everything is going well. :)

And so here, I am. RJD, to say good evening!

I'm actually having a little break from the POD Fic (Plotbunny Of DOOM Fanfic, to those who are unfamiliar with my ceaseless whining about the joy of the writing process :angel: ) with a cup of coffee and some browsing about.

I'll be going back for more in a bit. I'm trying to get through the difficult section of this story with RL rearing its big, bad head, so it's going slooooowly. But it is going, which is all I can ask. :)

Of course, they seem to be the ones that get the most traction around here...

I've always thought of a glomp as sort of an overzealous hug, the running start and victory dance are optional in my opinion.

And every message board needs a post every time you enter thread and at least one bar/pub/cafe/etc thread, if not several. But maybe that's me.

Okay, I'll play once then I'll probably forget.

Anyway, I'm working on a fanfic series and have the first chapter of the next part ready to post but I can't come up with a good title, and I'm not really thrilled about the summary either.

*sigh*

Otherwise I'm doing fine - all ready ordered plants for spring planning. Of course I have to wait until proper planting time in my area to get most of what I ordered. I know I say this every year, but I do think after I do spring planting (and one round of fall planting - tulips) I will have all the big spots in my garden filled and in years after this can just use some cheap flower seeds to fill in blank spaces.

Did I do this right? ;)

It was a hectic, stressful week in training, yet I feel quite good and satisfied. I was fortunate to find a job full of wonderful people; in fact, it kind of reminds me of my Forums. Image
